These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our audio guest book services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

The audio guest book is to be used solely for the purpose of recording messages at your event. Any other use is prohibited.

70 % deposit is required to secure your reservation for our service(s)

Cancellations made within 1 month before the event will receive a full refund of any amounts paid,cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will be subject to a (10%) cancellation fee.

 

We can arrange a meeting with any member of the team if you would like to see our book in person.

 

It would be necessary for us to collaborate with your planner to arrange the event setup (as we will require a space or stand for the setup). This will ensure that the setup complements the venue's decor, but it will incur additional costs if you would like us to handle the décor (we will only collaborate with the event planner for weddings,not other events).

 

By using our services, you grant us permission to use the recorded messages for promotional purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise.

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle all recorded messages and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

A member of our team is always available to help with anything (during your event)

 

We are liable for any technical issues or malfunctions of the audio guest book equipment during the event(that’s if the issue is from us) and a an 80 % refund will be made if we can’t provide support to resolve any of problems as quickly as possible.

 

Delivery of the flash drive and classic guest book follows the wedding and takes 5 to 7 days.
